Currency conversion: being able to see original amount paid and in another currency
This would be really useful for travel purposes. Right now you are forced to "lock" into a currency and after the conversion you can't see the actual amount you paid in another currency, which is unhelpful. Also the inability to switch currency easily means if you are travelling in Europe or multi-country, the app is less useful. It would be better if you can have a home currency, but allow multiple foreign currencies at the same time in the same budget book, and the app remembers each transaction's chosen currency until you change it, while showing you both how much you spent in x and how much it means in y.

thank you for your suggestion for improvement. However, I don't quite understand your request, as it is already possible to see the original amount (e.g. -19.99 US$), the amount in the default currency (e.g. -18.51€) and the corresponding exchange rate. The information is displayed both in the detail view (when you click on a transaction) and in the edit view. I have attached some screenshots below :)

Apologies, appears to be an oversight on my part because my oversea budget books seem to have been messed up (see the other comments on the other thread). Is it possible to have an option for the budget book to remember your last used currency so you don't have to switch currency every time you enter a transaction when you travel? This is very important and essentially why I raised this ask. Thanks so much Fabian for the great work.

No problem :) Currently there is no option to remember the last currency used. There is only the option to choose a default currency for the budget book and for the individual accounts. However, you are welcome to create another feature item for this.
