[2.2.13] Discrepancy in widget calculations

Even when the "Book All Transactions" option is enabled—which is supposed to include pending transactions in the calculation of account balances, totals, and related metrics—the widgets display inconsistent amounts.
It appears that the widgets do not respect the setting: they exclude transactions marked as pending, despite the option being active.
