[2.1.0] Extend transaction filter options

Many filter options are currently already offered in the app. These could be extended / adapted as follows, for example:

• When displaying a year/month, only display a filter selection of the accounts/categories that actually exist (better overview with many accounts and categories)

• Filter/search by certain date ranges (e.g. Jan - Dec 24)
