Face ID/Touch ID Unlock Issue

Hi,

I wanted to report an issue: when I enable Face ID or Touch ID unlock, it always gets disabled, forcing me to enter my PIN again.

It would be great if the biometric unlock stayed active consistently, making access to the app faster and more convenient.
