<ul><li>It’s my birthday and I received a Gift Card for Pear TV; It’s 50$ card but I have to pay 99$. How do I manage this expense?</li><li>I make a purchase with a credit card but then return the goods and get reimbursed with a gift certificate. How do I handle these transactions? It would be nice to be able to handle a mixed gift card + account payment as well</li></ul>
