Feature Request: Percentage-Based Budgets

I would like to suggest adding the ability to create budgets based on a percentage of monthly income instead of only a fixed amount.

For example, if my monthly income is $5,000 and I set my “Food” budget to 50%, the budget would automatically be calculated as $2,500 for that month. If my income changes the following month, the budget would update automatically without requiring manual adjustments.

This would make budgeting much easier for users whose income varies from month to month or who prefer allocating their finances using percentages rather than fixed values.

It would also be useful to allow users to choose between:

• Fixed amount (current behavior)

• Percentage of monthly income
