Fixed and Variable Expenses

Any chance that could allow users to select whether each expense is a fixed or variable one? There are cases that the expense by nature is a fixed expense but the regular amount might not be the same, for instance, some occasional cash rebate for a monthly phone data subscription plan which makes the amount per month different.
