Focus filters and filter sets

Would be nice to have the ability to define filters for focus modes: filter by (include/exclude) accounts, categories, payees, tags, transaction type. These focus filters should apply to the overview tab as well as the transactions tab.

Ideally, we could define "Filter sets/views" in settings which could be applied in the app (3 dot menu -> Filter -> Filter sets/views), or through the use of focus modes.
