Issue with wrong syncing between iOS & MacOS app?

I have been noticing incorrect amounts between my bank and the app for months now, and have always tried to correct the balance, thinking that maybe I had forgotten some transaction, resulting in an imbalance.

Today I noticed that what my iOS device said about my bank balance is different from my MacOS, resulting in a 200€ difference between devices (on Budget Flow). There is also difference from what my actual bank says but that is not the point.

I went back to all the previous months, and noticed that the overall balance of income/expenses over time has been different between devices - exactly 20€ more on MacOs, going back more than 1 year. I assume that this may end up in the evergrowing wrong balance, but I can’t find what may be the actual problem, I think there is a syncing issue.
