Make new transaction form faster to fill

1. Add duplicate button for specific transaction to open up a prefilled bottom sheet using selected transaction. Then we can edit any value we need before saving it

2. When typing notes, add some kind of `auto complete` to detect any existing transaction notes. So we can prefill it when we want to add same transaction

Both of these options allow cases when users have same transaction that happen multiple times, without any regular timeline (which can be handled by the recurring transaction features)
