More options for Repeat cadence

Direct debits are taken only on weekdays, so would be great if a repeat option is a given date, or the next weekday if the given date falls on a weekend (would be even more awesome if it could also account for local bank holidays as direct debits also aren’t taken on those).

I also get paid on the last weekday of each month, so having that as a repeat cadence option would be nice.
