Move the “Add transaction” floating button

I remember being able to choose whether or not to show this icon as a floating button, but I can't find this option anywhere.

Would it be better to just place the big green "plus" icon in the middle of the bottom bar?

      It was just a suggestion, but the current floating button is uglier in my opinion and difficult to reach with the finger sometimes.
