Numpad decimal input and bulk category color editing

I would like to request the addition of the ability to enter a comma (used as a decimal separator) when specifying an amount using the Numpad. I have a full-size keyboard, and I really miss this feature since I always enter amounts on the numeric keypad, and most amounts include decimal values. Currently, I have to constantly move my hand to the left side of the keyboard.

It would also be very helpful to have the option to edit folders with categories in bulk, allowing me to assign the same color to all categories within a specific folder at once. Right now, I have to change the color for each category individually if I want them all to share the same color within that folder.
