Offer to update pending transaction date/time when it's completed

For example, I lend someone money and create a pending income transaction for a repayment. When I receive that money back, I mark the transaction as completed and then also change date/time to current time. BudgetFlow could offer me to update it’s date/time automatically (with the current date/time as preconfigured defaults).

    For example, manual time editing is not a problem only if I already edit the transaction (but of course, it’s not so convenient). But it’s a problem if I mark the transaction as completed from “Pending” list by swapping to the right - the transaction is removed from that list immediately and now I have to manually search for it to edit the date/time. So currently not all ways to complete pending transactions are convenient, and this change could fix that. We just have to think on the UI, how to not overwhelm everything.
