[1.6.2] One tap recording expenses

Currently with the additional + button at the bottom, you still have to tap twice to get to expenses, why not make an option so that the + button takes you straight to recording an expense, and if you want to record an income, you can do so via the top?

    a configuration for a default behavior of this button would be nice. so that it won't get locked to just expenses, cause some people might want to have a one-tap income and some keep it in current state
