[2.1.6] Please rename Mac app from Haushaltsbuch > Budget Flow

Hi Fabian,

I know you’re German and Haushaltsbuch means “Household account book” but can we please change the app’s name to Budget Flow?

When someone is looking to kill Budget Flow on Mac due to a crash, one can’t find it. It also registers as Haushaltsbuch in some lists searching for apps which is incredibly frustrating and inconsistent!

The app should be named Budget Flow everywhere, especially the Mac app unix executable.
