Recurring expenses with "N/A" amount

Currently, any recurring expense must have a specified amount. However, there are use cases when the recurring expense is not always fixed but dynamic, changing every month, such as payment for electricity.

It would be nice to be able to create a recurring expense with a reminder, prompting the user to input the paid amount.
