[3.0.3] Reproducible crash when creating new payee on MacOS

On MacOS (MacBook Air 2025, Apple Silicon, Tahoe 26.0.1):

1. Right-click an existing transaction to copy it.

2. Change the amount.

3. Click Payee and search for a payee which does not exist.

4. Click the "+ New Payee” button. (By the way, this button currently does nothing except return you to the list of payees.)

5. Click the + icon to add a new payee.

6. Type a name and choose a category for the new payee.

7. Click Save and then click the back button. The app crashes.
