[3.0.0] Scan Receipt Improvements

First of all, huge respect for your performance. The app has turned out great. The function I use the most is scanning the receipt. 2 points would help to improve the workflow:

1. when scanning, the store is automatically entered as the recipient instead of in the note.

2. the date of the receipt is also transferred directly and set as the due date.

If the 2 points are added, the function is perfect. Thank you
