[3.0.0] Set fix time zone

I live in Central Europe and came to vacations to UK. I opened the budget app to add some expenses and noticed that many transactions moved days (and some even months).

For clarification I only enter transactions on day based and ignore the time feature. But it seems like the transactions still save the time in the background. So if I set a monthly transaction for the 1st, it now shows on 31st of last month.

I would like to have the possibility to set my „home time zone“ so my monthly expenses are shown correctly if I’m abroad and my expenses abroad don’t move around after coming back
