Shortcut enhancements

I have some suggestions regarding the "Create Transaction" shortcut

1. It currently does not support adding tags, which are important.

   => Will be implemented in v2.0.6

2. Unlike importing via CSVs, the shortcut requires pre-added categories, payees, etc. If the shortcut encounters a category/payee/tag that hasn't been added yet, it throws an error. It would be great if this could be made similar to the CSV import process, where it automatically adds new payees, tags, or categories if they don't already exist.

3. It currently does not support transfers, only expense and income.

4. It currently does not support attachments.

   => Will be implemented in v2.0.6
