[2.0.1] Show payee instead of category for transactions
Currently the app allows for notes to replace categories in transactions, but in my opinion the payee is usually more important to know at a glance. Hopefully a very easy addition.

Yeah this is essential for me to use the app really. I want to see my transactions like I use my bank, “ABC supermarket, -25€” it’s not useful for me to see 3 transactions named “Groceries” with no info on where I spent that money. I know notes can replace that, but then you have to input the payee info twice…

It would be interesting to see in the list of banking transactions the name of the beneficiary for a reconciliation with account statement

In my case - I heavily rely on categories (for example tickets - it matters to me it was ticket than to whom I paid).
Maybe letting user to define priority fallbacks what should be shown in transactions will be better? Either it's note/category/payee/location.
