Show upcoming planned expenses in MacOS menu bar.

The option to display a specified number of months in advance for upcoming planned expenses in the MacOS menu bar. Clicking on the icon should display a list with planned expenses. Clicking on the expense item should bring up the Budget Flow app with option to edit expense or add to transation.
