[3.1.6] Sidebar moves back to top during iCloud sync

In this video, I've just launched the app. For the first few seconds, if I try to scroll the sidebar, it automatically jumps back to the top. This happens several times before eventually stopping.

Here, the app is running in the background. When it regains focus, the sidebar automatically scrolls back to the top, which feels unintended.
