Attach items from the clipboard

Allow the items from the clipboard to be used as Attachments. For example, I’ve copied the picture, that I want to attach to the transaction, directly from a browser. Currently I have to save it to Files first, then select it from there, then delete it (as it’s just a temporary junk otherwise). The same is for PDFs and other file types. Not everything has to be done through the file system, so the access to the clipboard would be very helpful.
