Start day of “Current Month” view should never be in the future

If I set the start day to 20 for example, and select “Current Month” in the period selector, and we currently are at the 6th of December, Current month should be 20 Nov → 20 Dec, not 20 Dec → 20 Jan.

Currently no transactions or stats show up because the Current Month period is in the future.
