"Start day of month" for "Current Month" view

Currently, the “Current month” view (top left corner of overview page) does not respect the “Start day of month” setting.

Expected behavior: if the “Start day of month” is set to 26 for example instead of the default 1, the “Current Month” view should not automatically update until it's the 26 of that month.

Current behavior: the “Current Month” view automatically increments on the 1st of each month regardless of the “Start day of month” setting.
