Tagging

Please update this so that filters look for the exact text in a tag, rather than looking for like text. Ex. I have a tag “Apple Card” so I know that a transaction was on that card. When I pay it, I remove that tag and set it to “Apple Card - Paid”. This makes it easier if I have an issue and need to compare transactions later. Unfortunately, since it still has the text “Apple Card” the filter picks up both of these tags.
