[4.0.0] Thousand separator for IDR does not appear on new transaction page

When adding new transaction, the thousand separator for IDR does not appear. Let’s take a look at the screenshot below.

Rp25000 should be automatically written as Rp25.000 or just add space as decimal separator. This will make adding big values easier.

The thousand separator appear correctly in pages other than new transaction sheet.
