Toggle to fix expense

I’d like to suggest adding a toggle labeled “Fixed Expense” when creating or editing a transaction. This feature would allow users to classify an expense as fixed — for example, bills like electricity, water, or fuel that recur regularly but may not have a predictable due date or exact amount.

This would help users better organize their finances and get a clearer picture of recurring obligations, even when the payment schedule isn’t consistent. It would also be useful for budgeting and long-term financial planning.
