URL Scheme for shortcuts

I’m heavily using the app’s shortcuts to automate transaction entry. I’m using the popular Actions app to display notifications with relevant information after a transaction is created. I’d like to open the budget flow when I tap the notification. Ideally, I’d like to get an identifier from the add transaction shortcut and then use the budget flow URL scheme to launch directly in the view or edit mode of the added transaction. It would be great if all the URL schemes were documented.
