[v3.1.2] Incorrect display of monthly budget in yearly widget mode

When creating a monthly budget (for example 1,000 per month) and adding it to the homescreen widget with the setting Yearly, several issues occur:

• The total budget displayed in the widget also remains the monthly value, even though the widget is set to yearly mode.

• The progress bar is calculated based on the monthly figures, resulting in an incorrect progress display.

• The combination of values becomes inconsistent and mathematically incorrect (e.g. showing 6,000 available against a 1,000 total).

In the budget-tab the calculation is correct.

Expected behavior:
When the widget is set to Yearly, all displayed values should reflect the yearly totals (e.g. 1,000 per month should result in a yearly budget of 12,000). The available amount, total budget, and progress bar should all be based on the correct yearly calculations.

Why this matters:
A correct yearly overview is important for me because my monthly expenses vary significantly. I set up my budgets on a monthly basis, but I rely on an accurate yearly view to keep my overall spending under control.
