Pending up to a specific date, or account type with all transactions planned.

Hey!
I am not familiar with the way credit cards work in different countries, but in mine they work in the following way:
You have a certain maximal amount of money you can withdraw from a credit card, and next month on a specified date (usually 2nd, 10th or 15th) this money is withdrawn from your bank account.
In other words, credit card company gives you a loan until next month.

I would like to implement such a functionality in the app, if possible, as I use credit cards quite ofter.

The possibilities I have found currently are:
1. Create a new account as credit card, and mark all spendings (notice that there are no incomes to the credit card) as pending. Cons: I need to manually mark as un-pending each one of the transactions and it can be quite a lot.
2. Manually create all such transactions as planned for that date. Cons: it is too long to manually chose a date every time.

Would it be possible to do a specific type of account (or just add this possibility in general) to set all transactions as planned to a specific date next month/year?
Or any other way that would help accomplish this would be greatly appreciated!
