I know you're pretty busy with the upcoming launch of version 4.0 and the new Android app. I've been following along and just wanted to say the new beta release looks great. The app feels significantly faster, and the quality-of-life updates are fantastic.

I have two quick QOL feature requests that I think would be great additions:

1. Add a toggle to include planned transactions when calculating budgets on the budget screen.

2. Make all graphs consistent with the Account Balances graph by including planned transactions when scrubbing through future dates on the bar charts.

    Thank you for your prompt response. That is correct. By planned transactions, I do mean future dated and recurring transactions rather than pending ones.

    Currently, you can see how the balance changes by scrubbing to a future date on the Account Balances chart, which calculates future dated transactions even for months where no transactions have been created yet. Unfortunately, this functionality is not yet possible on the other charts.

    I think a toggle for planned transactions, similar to the one for pending transactions, would work very well. It would be most useful if positioned in the main app UI rather than in the settings, as it is meant to be toggled on and off frequently.

    Thank you for your kind words! I’m really happy that you’re enjoying version 4.0.0 and noticing the performance improvements. Making the app faster was also one of the many goals of modernizing its architecture 😊

    Just to clarify: By “planned transactions”, do you mean future-dated transactions and upcoming occurrences of recurring transactions, rather than transactions marked as “Pending”?

    Pending transactions can already be included using the “Include Pending Transactions” option in Advanced Settings. I just want to make sure I understand which transactions you’d like included in the budgets.
